SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

1. Overview

This policy explains shipping, production, returns, and warranty conditions for orders placed at https://woom.design.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.


2. Pricing

All prices in the online store are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at checkout remains valid for the placed order.


3. Order Processing & Production

Orders are reviewed and processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

Each product is handmade and produced individually according to the specifications shown on its product page.

Estimated production time: 1–2 weeks.

Production time may vary during peak periods, holidays, or high order volume. In such cases, customers will be notified.


4. Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

All orders include free worldwide shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.


5. Tracking

All shipments include tracking information.

Tracking numbers are provided via email once the order has been dispatched. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the courier system.


6. Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

There are no hidden shipping fees unless otherwise clearly stated during special promotions or custom orders.


7. Returns (30-Day Policy)

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • in original packaging

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by Lum Design Ltd. only if the return is due to:

  • a manufacturing defect

  • an incorrect item sent

  • an error on our side

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


9. Warranty (2 Years)

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformity issues.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • damage caused by improper use

  • normal wear and tear

  • failure to follow product care or usage instructions


10. Claims & Support

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of discovering the issue:

After reviewing your request, you may be offered:

  • a replacement product

  • repair (if applicable)

  • a refund for the affected item

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after confirmation.

In case of approved returns due to product defects, shipping costs will also be refunded where applicable.
